    • Vibes Hot 60

      This exciting, energizing and empowering sequence of yoga poses is specifically designed to work the whole body improving both mind and spirit. Encouraging a focus on breath, this hot vinyasa yoga practice promotes upper and lower body strength, balance and flexibility. Through this dynamic exercise, students progress physically while also benefiting from the intense, mental, and spiritual effects of this practice. The profound relaxation that accompanies a clear and open mind. Beginner to Advanced.

    • Vibes Hot Lift

      Power vinyasa flow with weights to strengthen and energize body and mind. Class incorporates core strengthening, calisthenics and high intensity cardiovascular interval training. Beginner to Advanced.

    • Vibes Hot 75

      This exciting, energizing and empowering sequence of yoga poses is specifically designed to work the whole body improving both mind and spirit. Encouraging a focus on breath, this hot vinyasa yoga practice promotes upper and lower body strength, balance and flexibility. Through this dynamic exercise, students progress physically while also benefiting from the intense, mental, and spiritual effects of this practice. Beginner to Advanced.

    • Vibes Restore

      Designed to increase flexibility, quiet the mind, and purify the body. This posture sequence is preformed on the floor- seated, kneeling, or laying down. Quiet instruction and soft music create a mood that promotes rejuvenation and deep relaxation. Because each posture in this sequence is held for three to five minutes, the body can change naturally delivering therapeutic results for the muscles, ligaments, bones, joints and internal organs.

    • Vibes Hot Pilates/Barre

      HOT Pilates/Barre is a 60 Minute class that incorporates hot yoga, pilates and barre fitness. Be prepared to sweat, lengthen and tone the entire body. Beginner to Advanced.

    • Vibes Hot 26

      90 min. Powerful 26 posture series designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Each posture builds upon the previous posture and prepares you for the next. This series is very therapeutic for athletic injuries and helps relieve lower back stress. This 90 minute sequence is designed for all levels from beginners to advanced.

    • Vibes Warm Meditative Flow

      60 minutes Warm Vinyasa Flow. Detox under Infrared Heating panels set to 95 degrees. Guided mediation throughout the class. Beginner to Advanced.

    • Vibes Hot Yoga Boxn

      Powerful yoga-based class open to all levels and backgrounds. This yoga sequence will incorporate light hand weights, cardio kick-boxing and balancing poses. Be prepared to sweat and detox!

    • Vibes Hot Hip Hop Flow

      Hip Hop Flow is a Power Vinyasa class designed to build heat while sweating to your favorite Hip Hop songs. Carefully choreographed to music that ranges from Dr Dre to The Weekend, we ask that you come with an open mind, stripped of all expectations and take an hour to flow, have fun, and let go. All levels welcome.
